The Romtec Medium Maintenance Building Model 2840 is constructed with CMU concrete blocks, five roll-up doors for vehicle access and two separate entrances, making this structure functional, durable and necessary for any project related to DOTs, emergency services, industrial sites, ranger stations, and more. The standard Maintenance Building models range up to over 10,000 sq. ft. of floor space and nearly 18 ft. of roof clearance.
