Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed the new clubhouse building at Bandon Crossings Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon. This was a unique project for Romtec due to the significant size of the building and required a “stick-built” construction style.
The new Romtec restroom was installed in the outdoor area of the facility and includes several visual design and functionality features required for the application.
Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed a conventional restroom building for one of the new Swift Green Line Transit Stations. This is a new transit line being opened by Community Transit, the public transportation authority in Snohomish County, Washington.
Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed a conventional restroom building for the Joel Perkins Park in Lafayette, Oregon. Joel Perkins Park has seen a number of improvements recently including a historical marker to commemorate Joel Perkins and show the significance of his actions for the area.
Romtec designed and supplied a vault restroom building for the John Glenn Astronomy Park. The park is located in the Hocking Hills State Park far from sources of light that pollute the night sky and disrupt stargazing.
