To accent the surrounding golf course aesthetics, Romtec provided tile roofing and a rustic wooden truss on the outside of a restroom and concession building.
Inside, Romtec designed separate men’s and women’s bathrooms and a concession room with a roll-up window for Beeb’s at the Turn: a new location for the nearby family favorite Beeb’s Sports Bar & Grill.
Romtec was proud to be a part of this restroom and concession building at Las Positas Golf Course which created a space for Beeb’s at the Turn.
The restroom/concession building features Lexan windows, roof extension and wood truss, water heater, stainless steel concession counter, wire weave mesh gable vent, and CMU concrete block wall siding.
