Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed the new clubhouse building at Bandon Crossings Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon. This was a unique project for Romtec due to the significant size of the building and required a “stick-built” construction style. The clubhouse was commissioned by Bandon Crossings to celebrate their 10th anniversary since opening in 2007 and was designed to meet the vision of the owners. The multi-purpose building fulfills several functions for the golf course, including a retail area for the pro shop and a large room to host events. The golf course is known for hosing community golf events and tournaments, and the new clubhouse will make it an ideal venue for hosting weddings and other private events. Additionally, the unique landscape of Bandon Crossings allows it to remain open year-round, and the building was designed for use in all seasons. The events room includes roll up doors with windows that can be opened during pleasant weather for indoor/outdoor hosting. Bandon Crossings has done a great job cultivating a beautiful and affordable golf course and the new clubhouse building is a great addition to the already impressive facility.
