Romtec designed and supplied two pavilions for the City of Broomfield for Anthem Community Park. There are plans to complete a concession stand and restroom building with a maintenance room in the future.
Norris Design worked for the developer, Anthem Homes, and helped provide the designs for the park structures. Romtec worked with Norris Design to create plans that will work for this new pavilion at Anthem Community Park. This is not the first time that Romtec has collaborated with Norris Design. We also worked together on the Cobblestone Ranch restroom.
The pavilions feature metal roofing over steel framing, steel roof structure, flat stone cap, and stone covering the concrete block pillars.
ECI Construction Management, Inc. was the general contractor for the installation of the two pavilions. The local contractor has provided 40 years of multifaceted outdoor and recreational venues in Colorado.
