The City of Marysville is a repeat customer as we worked with them on the Olympic View Park and Bella Cresta projects.
The restroom replacement building that Romtec provided turnkey services on, including the design, supply, and construction, featured two ADA unisex restrooms, a third unisex restroom, and a mechanical room.
The City of Marysville added a mop sink and faucet to the mechanical room and changed it to mortise locks and to sensor flush valves. They also changed the hand dryers and toilet paper dispensers to stainless steel. The restroom has a single slope metal roof, CMU split face concrete block wall siding, a cantilever, and drinking fountains.
As part of the turnkey services, Romtec provided for the Jennings Nature Park restroom replacement by demolishing the previous building along with working with raised utilities under the existing building that required our construction crew to provide additional foundation material and prep. This was all resolved quickly, and the construction was completed for the park restroom.
