The Lake Morena Oak Shores Mutual Water Company in Morena Village, CA required two new control buildings as part of a new treatment and pressure boosting system. These control buildings are one part of a larger project to reduce high concentrations of nitrates from the water supply that serves, in part, San Diego. Romtec worked with the water company to design and supply these two buildings to house pumping equipment and to meet all code requirements for this type of industrial water application. These buildings offer a few unique features including roof hatches to lift and lower pumps in the building from the outside. Romtec also provided roll-up doors, HVAC, and interior and exterior lighting to meet all of the operation requirements for the Lake Morena Oak Shores staff.
