This sports facility has six baseball fields, three full-size soccer fields, and one competition soccer field. Play and grass areas are available, as well as two restrooms and concession buildings with picnic tables and barbeques. The fields also have bleachers for each for fans to cheer on their teams.
The large concession stand, and restroom building were constructed by Romtec in the center of the sports complex to serve the heavy traffic that populates the park each week. The building has a very simple layout and was built using inexpensive materials making the building affordable and easy to install.
The building features metal roofing, skylights, kick resistant metal vents, privacy walls, concession windows, mechanical room, and CMU concrete block wall siding.
Romtec designed, supplied, and built this restroom building on behalf of the City of Brentwood to serve the Sunset Park Athletic Complex. Romtec provides design services to create the building aesthetic that a park desires and makes the design feasible.
