The Green Mountain Phase II was a project where the developer, Lennar Northwest, was required by the City of Camas to provide a park and restroom for this large residential housing development in Camas, Washington.
The park inside of the Green Mountain Phase II residential community features a basketball court, playground, covered pavilion, trails, and a volleyball court making it a great place for families to enjoy time outdoors.
Lennar Northwest will eventually be signing over the park & restroom to the City of Camas Parks and Recreation, as they are the property owners.
The Romtec Model 2043 double unisex restroom features a metal roof, concrete block wall and a mechanical room. This facility and its amenities are a great addition for the community.
Tapani Inc. was the general contractor on the project who performed the installation of the Romtec restroom at the park. Tapani has installed two Romtec buildings, with the other being for the City of Oregon City at Tyrone S. Woods Memorial Park.
