Hidden Valley Lake is a census designated place that is home to a community in northern California. The community has a 102-acre lake with several beaches surrounding it, which makes for a great recreational area for local residents.
Situated in the hills of the Coyote Valley, Hidden Valley Lake is about two hours from both San Francisco and Sacramento.
The lake is home to Big Beach Park, a campground, a community center pool, Little Beach Park, a marina, North Shore Park, and a dog park. A nearby golf course provides other recreational opportunities in the area.
The Common Interest Development (CID) is known as the Hidden Valley Lake Association. The HVL Association wanted to create a new building at their Community Center Pool.
Romtec designed and supplied the 2095 Sierra IV community building which features office space, a roof extension highlighted by a timber truss and post, and showers for the community pool. The building has a metal roof, board and batten siding, along with a stone wrap on the bottom portion of the building as an accent.
The office space includes a concession roll-up window, and a storage room along with a mechanical room that is separated from all other spaces.
Coyote Valley Construction Company was the general contractor on this project. Coyote is based out of Hidden Valley Lake providing construction services.
Lake Builders Inc. was the installing contractor. Lake Builders is also based out of Hidden Valley Lake.
This new pool building provides showers, restrooms, and office space for the Community Center Pool which overlooks the lake and is a short walk to Big Beach Park.
