Romtec and Romtec Utilities recently supplied several structures and lift stations for the Laughlin Regional Heritage Greenway Trails Park, known as the North Reach, in Laughlin, Nevada.
These photos from the project show just how engaged the Nevada government is in investing in modern green spaces. The North Reach is a great looking project and one that really demonstrates Romtec’s design strengths. The North Reach project was included in a Presidential initiative called America’s Great Outdoors (AGO). According to the AGO website, President Obama’s initiative was built on the premise that lasting conservation solutions should rise from the American people. The North Reach is one of the projects selected for Nevada.
The Custom Designs
The five custom Romtec buildings comprise a restroom-concession building, two plumbed restrooms, a waterless restroom, and a maintenance/storage building. Romtec Utilities supplied two wastewater lift stations to move wastewater generated at the parks to treatment facilities.
For Romtec and Romtec Utilities, the North Reach demonstrates the ability of our companies to deliver unique buildings for large projects operating within a rigid schedule. This project is funded through Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act with design and construction being administered by the Clark County Public Works.
