The Port of Portland, Oregon required a good-sized custom utility building to house substantial water pumping equipment. They also required a heavy-duty structure with a substantial slab for heavy equipment placement and walls that provide noise reduction. Double doors were required for easily moving in and out special large equipment and employee or maintenance access.
