Nestled between soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and skateparks, this building serves the needs of the Hartman “Sports” Park in Aztec, New Mexico. With a multitude of baseball and soccer fields, Hartman Park is prime for tournaments and large community events as the park sits adjacent to the Animas River.
To fill these needs, Romtec provided this concession restroom building with separate men’s and women’s bathrooms, two storage rooms, and a two-window concession room.
Romtec supplied the concession room with roll-up windows, multiple utility sinks, an overhead pre-rinse faucet, and a roof extension to block out the hot New Mexico sun. The building has a metal roof, a steel porch roof extension and truss, skylights, CMU block wall siding, and vented windows.
This Romtec restroom and concession building provides the necessary space to accommodate tournaments, events, or parties for community members. Romtec designed this building to fit the needs of the City of Aztec who owns and operates the park, while also providing a beautiful building that is easy to maintain.
