The City of Alexandria in Alexandria, Virginia wanted to upgrade their restroom facility at the popular 5-acre James T. Luckett Jr. Memorial Field. The field features artificial turf, lighting, tennis courts, parking, and a restroom facility.
During the school year, Minnie Howard High School hosts its gym classes on the playing field, and during the evening the Alexandria Soccer Association has soccer practices. The T.C. Williams girls’ field hockey and men’s and women’s lacrosse teams also use the field throughout the year.
Luckett Field & Stadium is located in Virginia just south of Washington, D.C.
Arlington, Virginia is also the home of the Arlington National Cemetery which is the US military cemetery across the Potomac River from Washington D.C.
Romtec designed a custom 2061 Sierra III multi-user restroom that features a metal roof, drinking fountains, mechanical room, and stucco siding over a CMU smooth face concrete block wall. The two-unit building provides both a male and female multi-user restroom space.
