Mount Talbert Nature Park in Clackamas, OR

Although this structure is a park restroom and not strictly for a Department of Transportation, this combination of a two-room public restroom building and a large pavilion provides an excellent roadside stop for motorists passing through. Located a short distance from Oregon’s Interstate 205, this rest stop makes a good place to escape from the redundancy of driving. The buildings sit at the foot of Mount Talbert and were designed to reflect some of the natural surroundings.
