Romtec designed and supplied a multiuser restroom building at Dorris Ranch in Springfield, Oregon. This is a popular living history farm that offers 308-acres of natural areas. Dorris Ranch offers many opportunities for outdoor recreation and education with its network of paved walking trails and living history village. There are several historic buildings and structures including a farmhouse, trappers cabin, and a large barn that is frequently rented for weddings and other events. The new restroom was installed next to the barn at the entrance and features a cedar shake exterior to match the barn and other structures. White metal roofing was selected for its durability and clean appearance. Dorris Ranch is a great example of a natural park that combines recreation and education in a historically significant area important to the community.
