Serving as the entrance to the "Splash Zone," a splash park and water playground, the Romtec multipurpose building includes concessions, office space, family restrooms, shower and locker rooms, and a mechanical room for the splash pad pumping equipment and chemicals. At no extra cost, Romtec designed this custom building to meet all of the needs of the park's staff and patrons alike. Along with a picnic pavilion, these buildings will serve this park and the Waukegan community for many years to come.
