Romtec designed and supplied a custom trash enclosure structure for the Del Monte Park in San Jose, California. This is a popular park in the city with a large offering of activities to visitors, including dog play areas, playground equipment, and even table tennis. The trash enclosure building was installed to conceal and contain two large dumpsters in the park and provide storage onsite. Romtec needed to design the building according to the visual theme that was already established in the park. Stucco siding was selected for the exterior with metal awnings and metal roofing in matching colors. The storage area of the building can be accessed through a metal gate large enough to accommodate equipment and vehicles. Del Monte Park has been the focus of several recent improvement projects in San Jose. The new trash enclosure is only aspect of these upgrades, with several shade shelters and other renovations being completed.
