Romtec provided a new 2-stall multi-user restroom with a mechanical room that was purchased directly by the City of Fairfax through Sourcewell.
The restroom also includes a single-slope metal roof system and board & batten siding with natural stone wainscot for a modern/rustic architectural style that was desired for the Draper Drive Park Project. The building has glulam rafters, and glulam filler beams, which create a unique look where the building and roof connect.
The City of Fairfax is a repeat customer of Romtec with the last project being completed at Stafford Drive Park.
Gordon Associates is also a repeat project driver, engineer, and landscape architect, having worked with Romtec on both the Stafford Drive Park Project (City of Fairfax, VA) and Luckett Field (City of Alexandria, VA).
TMG Construction Corporation was the installation contractor on behalf of the City of Fairfax. TMG is a design builder and general contractor based out of Virginia with several offices.
