HRP Studio contacted Romtec to provide the design and supply of a sports park restroom and storage building for Exposition Park.
At Romtec, we provided a custom sports park restroom building with four single user unisex restrooms, a mechanical room, a storage room, a garage, and a wash station.
The building features a metal roof, Lexan gable windows, a garage door, cedar board and batten siding, split face CMU concrete block wall, skylights for natural light, kick resistant metal vents, and an open area wash station.
Other features include a drinking fountain, louvered vents, and roof extension over the wash station. The design met the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and California Building Codes.
