Romtec designed and supplied an SST Traditional Restroom building at the Silver Lake West Campground near Kirkwood, California. Silver Lake is a captivating recreation destination that also serves as a reservoir for the El Dorado Irrigation District (EDID) hydroelectric system along the South Fork of the American River. Silver Lake also offers many recreational activities for outdoor enthusiasts with an abundance of hiking trails surrounding the lake and a large campgrounds. There is also a launch for boating and fishing on the lake. The Silver Lake West campground offers 42 sites on a first come, first serve basis and is where the new vault toilet is located. Visitors will enjoy California’s high-elevation alpine climate and lakes in this beautiful area.
