Romtec designssupplies, and builds restroom buildings for parks all over the country to fit the specifications and budget of that park location. We can design a building to match other structures in the area but also to meet a specific number of people or to accommodate larger community events or sporting venues.

The City of Fairfax specifically requested the use of Romtec for the Draper Drive Park project based on our performance on the Stafford Park Project. The scope of work was to add a new restroom to the site that was previously served by portable toilets.

We added a new 2-stall multiuser restroom that was purchased directly by the City of Fairfax through Sourcewell, with the installation put out to bid separately. Draper Drive Park includes two multipurpose synthetic turf fields and a trail system.

The Draper Drive restroom design was a hybrid of options used on the Stafford Drive Park Project along with new design options.

We work with parks departments all over the country to create a building that will service its location for many years to come. We’re able to work within your budget and meet your park’s needs.

If you need a restroom for your sports park or any park location, we can replace old restroom buildings or design a new one for a new park.

I have to mention that aside from the products Romtec supplies and the workmanship of the subcontractors (Ken and crew), I’m also very impressed with your responsiveness to issues – you’re a far cry from the usual taillight warranty.

You get what you pay for. Romtec provided the most perfect, seamless, flawless project I could have imagined. I would use Romtec 100 times over and will not consider any other options moving forward. You were able to beat my original budget and expectations. Everyone involved was great from sales to construction management, to the construction team themselves.

If I were to do this again, I would no doubt hire Romtec and its subcontractors to do the installation. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I learned a valuable lesson that I will hire Romtec’s certified installers to do the construction.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Dan Keagy (Romtec’s assistant construction manager). He in my opinion went above and beyond to solve our problems and problems that were not necessarily his or Romtec’s to solve. He is a great guy and great resource for Romtec. Overall, the biggest thing to me was the service after the sale. Romtec didn’t just make the sale and move on, but they supported us through a very long and arduous construction process.

Romtec was phenomenal when it came to service after the sale. They were available anytime there were questions. In addition, there were some issues with missing materials. Even though it was not Romtec’s fault for the missing materials, the were more than willing to send us the missing materials to get the project done. Romtec even sent out a representative to tour the site to give firsthand recommendations on how to proceed.
