The pavilion and improvements to the area will ensure that the historical site is more accessible for the Church and their followers, and it allows them to enjoy a piece of their religion’s history underneath the shade of a beautiful custom pavilion by Romtec.
For their improvements project, San Mateo County chose Romtec for the design-build of seven new combination restroom/shower buildings to be placed at several campgrounds.
In the West End Park Shelter project, Romtec worked with non-profit organization “13th St. District” and landscape architect Bolton & Menk, Inc to revitalize the West End Park in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Hitchcock Design Group connected Romtec with the Channahon Parks District to begin the process of designing a pavilion that matched the aesthetic log theme of the rest of the park.
The Romtec supplied restroom structure contains two unisex, single user restrooms that are American Disability Act (ADA) compliant, and an attached mechanical room on the rear of the structure.
The Romtec structure was installed at the Park by Anderzack-Pitzen Construction, Inc., a Contractor based in Toledo, Ohio that handles construction in both the public and private sectors.
Romtec recently had another opportunity to work with the City of Iowa City and Snyder Associates on project, called Willow Creek, to improve the parks in Iowa City.
Romtec supplied a Traditional single-user, waterless, vault toilet to the Lake Roosevelt branch of the National Park Service.
Romtec supplied a single, unisex plumbed restroom to the City of Weatherford to place at the Quanah Hill trails.
