Purchased by the Waukegan Park District in Illinois, this restroom/concession building services a “Splash Pad” water playground located at the Corrine J. Rose Park.

Cedar Hills Park Redevelopment – Beaverton, OR

Romtec had previously completed a project for the Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District (THPRD) for Mountain View Champions Park. The Cedar Hills Park Redevelopment buildings were intended to match the structures provided for that previous project to give the parks system a cohesive design.

Green Lane & Grist Mill – Montgomery County, PA

Green Lane Park is a recreational park that features ballparks that are available for youth sports groups and public use. Grist Mill Park is less structured than Green Lane Park, with more natural aspects such as meadows, ponds, and wooded areas but also large open fields for activities such as soccer.

The City of Tigard – Tigard, OR

For the Stephen M. Bush Memorial Shooting Range project, Romtec supplied a waterless restroom and a pavilion to the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF).

Bear Creek Park – Keller, TX

Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed a restroom building at Bear Creek Park in the City of Keller in Texas. Bear Creek Park is a large open space park that offers a variety of recreational activities and is easily accessible from the surrounding neighborhoods.

Creekside Park – Iowa City, IA

Romtec designed and supplied a restroom building and a pavilion at Creekside Park in Iowa City, Iowa. These structures were installed to replace existing structures and were one aspect of the improvements completed in the park.

Sugar Beet Park – Fort Collins, CO

Romtec designed and supplied the conventional restroom at the new Sugar Beet Park in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a unique 5.3 acre park that was developed in the same location where the Great Western Sugar Factory stood before being demolished in the 1960’s.

Waterfront Park – Washougal, WA

Romtec designed and supplied a pavilion and a restroom building at Parker’s Landing Waterfront in Washougal, Washington. The Port of Camas-Washougal purchased this property along the Columbia River to create a mixed-use development with an emphasis on pedestrian accessible activities and recreation.

Miguel Keith Park – Omaha, NE

Romtec designed and supplied a conventional restroom for the Miguel Keith Park in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a beautiful park in South Omaha that was named after Miguel Keith, a Vietnam war hero and recipient of the Medal of Honor and Purple Heart.

Cresta Park – Sacramento, CA

Romtec was contacted to design, supply, and construct a restroom building and a pavilion structure for Cresta Park in Sacramento, California. Cresta Park is used primarily by families from the surrounding residential area.

Dunphy Park – Sausalito, CA

The improvements at Dunphy Park have added many interesting features to the park for visitors to enjoy. Sausalito’s Parks & Recreation Department have done an excellent job in improving the already impressive Dunphy Park and providing high quality amenities for the community.
