Romtec designed and supplied a vault restroom building for the John Glenn Astronomy Park. The park is located in the Hocking Hills State Park far from sources of light that pollute the night sky and disrupt stargazing. This is a relatively new addition to the state park and March of 2019 will be its first full season of programs. Astronomers will be able to visit the park 24 hours a day and 7 days a week outside of special events and will have access to several telescopes. Romtec designed the vault restroom as a low profile, compact building that would meet the unique requirements of this remote application.
