Romtec provided the design and supply of a Fire Rated Log Pavilion, two log kiosks, and a bulletin board for Trail Bridge Reservoir.
The City of San Marcos requested a Romtec steel pavilion for the Las Abejas Park project within the Foothills development.
Romtec provided four buildings at McCandless Park including a multi-user restroom, utility building, gazebo, and shed.
In the West End Park Shelter project, Romtec worked with non-profit organization “13th St. District” and landscape architect Bolton & Menk, Inc to revitalize the West End Park in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Hitchcock Design Group connected Romtec with the Channahon Parks District to begin the process of designing a pavilion that matched the aesthetic log theme of the rest of the park.
The Romtec supplied restroom structure contains two unisex, single user restrooms that are American Disability Act (ADA) compliant, and an attached mechanical room on the rear of the structure.
Romtec recently had another opportunity to work with the City of Iowa City and Snyder Associates on project, called Willow Creek, to improve the parks in Iowa City.
