Model 2096
A Multi-User Restroom and Shower building that has an expanded mechanical room at the heart of the building for extra storage and maintenance advantages. Each side of this x-large shower building offers a three-stall restroom and a two-stall shower room in women’s and men’s facilities. All of Romtec’s restroom structures are designed to be ADA compliant.
Model 2100
This x-large shower building provides separated shower rooms from bathrooms with entrances on either ends of the structure. The women’s restroom has three toilet stalls and two sinks, while the men’s room has two toilets, one urinal and two sinks. The mechanical room provides just enough space for easy access to the building utilities and a little storage, while keeping the building footprint nominal and at a low-cost.
Model 2102
The largest Multi-User Restroom and Shower building Romtec offers. It’s designed with separated spaces for showers and restrooms for both the men’s and women’s sides. The central mechanical room for this bathhouse has been widened to provide more space for storage, maintenance, and access to the restroom utilities. The extra space can be configured for more storage or to house HVAC and other facility controls.
