For this multi-user restroom building, Romtec mixed a bit of old with the new by using a classic New England brick exterior and a storefront etched glass window on the northern side of the building. These features combined with a chimney gable give this building a distinct architectural style.
The restroom building features a standing seam metal roof, two faux chimneys, a full brick veneer over a CMU concrete block wall, a stone wainscot sill, a mechanical room, and kick-resistant vents.
This restroom building showcases the capabilities of the Romtec design team to craft a building that is unique and fits into the local architectural aesthetic.
We’re proud to produce a unique restroom building design that fits into this exceptional park in Bowie, Maryland that provides space for the community to enjoy many great concerts throughout the summer.
