Nearly 12 miles west of downtown Portland, in the Beaverton–Hillsboro area of Washington County is the Portland Community College’s Rock Creek Campus that is also home to a large Romtec restroom facility.

This 260-acre Rock Creek campus hosts the Harvest Festival, where free pumpkins from the garden are given out each fall, and Semana de la Raza (a Latin celebration) in the spring.
The Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus in Oregon has woodlands, grasslands and wetlands, farm animals, 14 career technical programs, an airplane hangar, and a learning garden. The PCC Rock Creek Campus opened in 1976 and provides a variety of associate degree programs for students.

The building has multiuser restrooms, concession room with concession windows and counter, a steel truss roof extension, a metal roof, mechanical room, and CMU concrete block wall siding.
The facility also has skylights, steel columns, kick resistant metal vents, gable vents, and Lexan windows.
