The City of La Quinta has added a venue site encompassing 14 acres that includes “walking paths, [a] sloped event lawn, water features, a modular recreation building” and a Romtec restroom to service venue site guests.
Romtec designed, supplied, and constructed the new clubhouse building at Bandon Crossings Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon. This was a unique project for Romtec due to the significant size of the building and required a “stick-built” construction style.
The Fort Sam Houston Golf Course in San Antonio, Texas required a new vault restroom located “at-the-turn” at one of its two golf courses.
Romtec designed a custom restroom building for a golf course with a privacy wall and a roof extension section to shelter a water station.
The owners wanted a small restroom with a high-end feel that would also blend in with the Nevada desert surrounding the course.
